Overview
At our store, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been shipped.
However, if you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may request a refund within 12–15 hours of placing the order.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a replacement or exchange.
To be eligible for a replacement/exchange:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange for the same item.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Orders already shipped
- Change of mind after shipping
- Minor color or design variations due to screen/display differences
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping, usually within 12–15 hours after placing the order.
